As a Marie Curie Fellow, my stay has been financed by the EUs Training and Mobility of researchers project Multiple Model Architectures for Intelligent Modelling and Control. Project number ERB4001GT955872. The Danish Marie Curie Fellows Association provides useful information to Danish aspects of the programme. The main MCF site is in Brussels.

This involves trying to bring together the multiple model work I have been involved in previously with methods from the probabilistic reasoning/belief nets/graphical models approaches. One of the main motivations for this is to be able to introduce human insight in a more flexible way, yet doing it all in a theoretically sound way, which can be linked into the range of engineering tools for dynamic systems.

I am also applying the above methods to the task of modelling human control behaviour and thus building better cooperative control systems. As a test bed we are using a simple hovering task developed at the University of Glasgow for Daimler-Benz research in Berlin.
